The staff were so helpful and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was beautifully decorated with wonderful paintings and the attention to detail was impressive. The location was also perfect, so close to the center of Phuket town and somewhere near the bus station. Plus, the breakfast was delicious!

Everything exceeded my expectations at this hotel, nothing to improve!

The noise level in the morning due to a nearby rooster may affect your sleep quality.

During my Xmas holiday stay, there were a few things I liked about the hotel. First, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They provided us with a map of the area and recommended some places to eat. Second, the hotel was located in a convenient location, with plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options within walking distance. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and served fresh every morning.

There were also some aspects of the hotel that were disappointing. One of the worst things was that the hotel was far from the beach, which was a bummer as we were looking forward to spending time there.
